Forms which can be filled in at the court

While the standardized Illinois forms available here have fillable fields for the filer-supplied data, the court-supplied data fields (such as on eviction orders and foreclosure stay orders) were not made fillable. So that leaves implementation of such forms to individual courts/circuits.

• • Use the non-free version of Adobe Acrobat to add form fields to an existing pdf.

  • Hire a pdf form specialist to make the needed forms. This Google search shows a variety of companies and freelancers which do this work.
