Time Clock

Installation

• 1. Install the JIMASTimeClockFullInstall provided by your Administrator.

  2. If no install was provided, go to www.goodinassociates.com/temp/1-New/Accessories.

     1. Download and install the latest version of JIMASTimeClockFullInstall.

Use the Time Clock program to clock IN and clock OUT

• 1. To clock IN, open the Time Clock program.

     1. Log in with your PC JIMS User ID and password.

     2. Click on Clock In.

     3. A window will appear stating that you clocked in. It will show the exact time, and the Clock In button will change to Clock Out.

        1. You can minimize this screen to the Task Bar, or close it altogether.

        2. You will remain clocked in until you clock out.

  2. To Clock Out, open Time Clock.

• • 1. If you closed it earlier instead of minimizing, log in again with your PC JIMS User ID and password.

    2. Click on Clock Out.

You can also clock in or out from a Green Screen session or dumb terminal.

• 1. Log in to a Green Screen session.

  2. Type CLOCK on a command line, and enter.

  3. Enter your User ID and either IN or OUT.
